Law of the INDEPA: The involved towns we agreed in that is continuity of so badly made famous CONAPA, but also agreed in that is an important conquest of the Andean towns, Amazónicos and Afroperuanos and that all we must do the possible thing because it survives this government and one becomes, with time, in a real tool for the development of our towns. The past six of April, the Congress of the Republic approved the Law, the twelve of August, four months later, finally promulgated its Regulation (in spanish), which, among others, specifies that each town will choose democratically to the Members of the Electoral Committee and to their respective representatives before the INDEPA (4 Andeans, Amazonian 3 and 2 Afroperuanos). From already we can see that the State, although we are more of 10% of the Peruvian population, to us continues considering the latest.
